About Hear Me Out
Hear Me Out is an Interactive Video Narrative where you can journey through Sonal’s journey. Sonal lost her hearing due to a health condition, on March 28, 2023. The narrative allows the viewer to interact with her journey, learn more about her life, work, challenges, family and learnings that she shares about certain approaches one should have when interacting with a person with hearing challenges. This narrative was built as a part of Royal College of Art’s Across RCA module as a creative outcome for Justice, Equality and Misinformation theme.
Stornaway Experience Preview
This is an interactive preview of the experience, built upon Stornaway. Please do go through her story, and you can make choices about what you would like to learn. The intention is to help develop an understanding of her world, challenges, behavioural adjustments and sensitivities around people with hearing loss / deafness.
